Goldy Brar, BKI Member, Declared a Terrorist

Goldy Brar, a member of the Khalistani group Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, has been declared a terrorist under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). He is known for his involvement in a multitude of criminal activities, including the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala, extortion, and weapons smuggling. The MHA issued a notification detailing these crimes and highlighting his efforts to disrupt peace in Punjab. A red corner notice has been issued by Interpol, but Brar remains in Canada, where he fled on a student visa in 2017.
