Other Chelsea players, including Andrey Santos, Caleb Wiley, and Diego Moreira, have also moved to Strasbourg, leveraging the multi-club ownership model under BlueCo. Strasbourg, who finished 13th in Ligue 1 last season, are now managed by Liam Rosenior. The loan does not include a purchase option for Petrovic, who recently signed a new contract with Chelsea.
