The accident involved a Mercedes-Benz AMG GT 63 S, a Mercedes-Benz AMG SL55 Roadster, and a Hyundai Ascent, with damages amounting to crores. Anagha, the driver of the AMG GT 63 S, lost control and crashed into the Hyundai Ascent, causing a chain reaction that damaged the SL55 Roadster driven by Ashwin. The injured, all from Ernakulam, are receiving treatment at a local hospital, with Ashwin suffering a leg injury. Police have initiated an investigation based on a complaint from Sajimon, the driver of the Hyundai Ascent, and have registered an FIR against Anagha under various traffic violation sections. Eyewitnesses reported that local residents quickly assisted in transporting the injured to the hospital.
