Broadway Revival of The Who's Tommy Closes

The Broadway revival of The Who’s Tommy, led by original creators Pete Townshend and Des McAnuff, will conclude its run on July 21st after over 130 performances. Despite receiving positive reviews, the musical lost out at the Tony Awards to other revivals. The show, based on The Who's 1969 rock opera, features classic songs like 'Pinball Wizard' and 'See Me, Feel Me.' Following its closure, The Who’s Tommy will embark on a national tour starting in Providence, RI, in the fall of 2025, aiming to reach broader audiences beyond Broadway.
