Grace Kelley Arrested in Georgia Again

Grace Kelley, the 28-year-old daughter of Wynonna Judd and Arch Kelley III, was arrested in Carroll County, Georgia, on August 3 for three misdemeanors: fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and improper use of motorcycle equipment. She was released on a $2,750 bond. This arrest follows her previous apprehension in April in Alabama for allegedly exposing herself at a highway intersection, leading to charges of indecent exposure, obstructing governmental operations, and soliciting prostitution, although the latter charge was later dismissed. Kelley's legal troubles date back to at least 2016, including an eight-year sentence for drug-related offenses and multiple parole violations. Despite her tumultuous legal history, Kelley maintains that she has passed standard drug tests and denies current drug use.
