Judge Denies Hunter Biden's Dismissal Bid

Scarsi also criticized Biden's legal team for making 'false statements' but decided not to impose sanctions. Hunter Biden faces nine charges for failing to pay $1.4 million in taxes between 2016 and 2019. The trial is set to begin on September 5th.
