Valdosta police chase stolen car

Meanwhile, in Woodland, California, two older juveniles, aged 16 and 17, were arrested for stealing a vehicle and leading police on a chase that ended with a crash into a guard rail. They were booked on multiple felony charges, including evading police and conspiracy.
