Multiple Vehicle Fires Reported in Shropshire

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service responded to a vehicle fire in Hemingstone on Sunday evening, extinguishing the blaze without reported injuries. In a separate incident, a fire on a railway embankment in Eardington was tackled by Much Wenlock fire crews on Monday, as such fires have become a recurring issue in the area. Additionally, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service dealt with multiple car fires over the weekend, including one in Highley and another in Tuckhill that spread to nearby trees. Firefighters utilized breathing equipment and hose jets in both car incidents to successfully put out the flames. Furthermore, a significant bonfire in Knowle Sands, involving undergrowth and garden waste, required intervention from two fire engines to control. No injuries were reported in any of the incidents.
