Texas Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault

Multiple arrests have been made in connection with serious crimes across Texas and New Mexico. In Sealy, Texas, 23-year-old Nathan Arriaga was arrested for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury and family violence following a violent incident on August 21, 2024. In Santa Fe, 18-year-old Alvaro Luna Huereca faces charges for attempting to sexually assault two teenagers outside of Capital High School, with incidents reported on August 16 and August 20. Additionally, 56-year-old Ernesto Zamora was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after allegedly threatening a business employee with a firearm on August 24. Furthermore, 65-year-old Jerald Eugene Overturf was taken into custody in Florida for domestic violence, including aggravated battery and multiple counts of aggravated assault involving a knife. Authorities are continuing their investigations into these incidents.
