Soccer Mommy Announces New Album Evergreen

Soccer Mommy, the musical project of Sophie Allison, has announced the release of her new album, Evergreen, set for October 25 via Loma Vista Recordings. The album, which follows her 2022 release Sometimes, Forever, reflects Allison's emotional journey through loss, featuring 11 tracks that delve into themes of longing and nostalgia with an organic production style. The lead single 'M,' accompanied by a music video directed by Anna Pollack, showcases her haunting vocals and intricate soundscapes. Recorded at Maze Studios in Atlanta with producer Ben H. Allen III, the album aims for a more homespun feel while incorporating lush instrumentation. Soccer Mommy will perform at the All Things Go Festival in NYC and DC in September, with additional tour dates anticipated. The tracklist for Evergreen includes notable songs such as 'Lost,' 'Driver,' and 'Evergreen.'
