Jackie Shroff Wins Legal Protection of Name

Jackie Shroff has secured a legal ruling from the Delhi High Court to protect his name, likeness, and nickname 'Bhidu' from unauthorized use. Despite this, comedian Krushna Abhishek is permitted to impersonate Shroff, as the veteran actor personally called him to commend his performances and grant permission. Shroff's son, Tiger Shroff, also enjoys Krushna’s impersonations. The court order bars any commercial use of Shroff's attributes without his consent, addressing misuse issues including offensive memes and pornographic material. Krushna Abhishek shared that both actors have praised his mimicry, and he will continue to perform as 'Jaggu Dada' in shows and upcoming films.
