Father Charged After Abandoning Daughter in Florida

Hector Serrano, 30, has been charged with child neglect after allegedly abandoning his 10-year-old daughter on the side of a busy road in Kissimmee, Florida, following an argument with her grandparents. Witnesses reported seeing Serrano throw the girl and her belongings out of his pickup truck around 12:30 a.m., instructing her to walk to her grandparents' house, which is approximately 21 minutes away.
