Suhas, Nitesh, Murugesan Advance to Paralympic Semis

At the Paris Paralympics, India's Suhas Yathiraj and Nitesh Kumar advanced to the semifinals in their respective SL4 and SL3 categories, with Suhas defeating Korea's Shin Kyung Hwan and Nitesh overcoming China's Yang Jianyuan. Thulasimathi Murugesan also secured her spot in the women's singles SU5 semifinals. However, Manasi Joshi and Manoj Sarkar were eliminated after suffering their second consecutive losses. In mixed doubles, Nitesh and Murugesan triumphed over compatriots Suhas and Palak Kohli. The SL4, SL3, and SU5 classes cater to athletes with various limb impairments and balance issues.
