Livermore police have arrested 26-year-old Arturo Morales in connection with a gang-related shooting incident that occurred on July 17. The shooting involved a white Ford F-150, driven by Morales, which allegedly followed and fired multiple rounds at a blue Honda Civic at the intersection of Ora Street and Rincon Avenue, with at least one round striking the vehicle, though no injuries were reported. Morales was apprehended at his home on August 14, where police executed a search warrant and recovered a 9mm handgun and ammunition. He faces several charges, including shooting at an occupied vehicle and being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The Livermore Police Department is encouraging anyone with additional information to come forward through their anonymous tip line.
