Protests Erupt Nationwide After Doctor's Murder

The alleged rape and murder of a trainee doctor at RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata has led to a nationwide outcry, with the Indian Medical Association (IMA) announcing a 24-hour withdrawal of non-emergency medical services on August 17.
