Fernández Faces Domestic Violence Charges

Former Argentine President Alberto Fernández is facing serious allegations of domestic violence from his ex-partner, Fabiola Yáñez, during his presidency from 2019 to 2023. Prosecutor Ramiro Gonzalez has charged Fernández with 'minor and serious injuries, doubly aggravated' and 'coercive threats,' based on Yáñez's allegations of physical and psychological abuse, including being forced to have an abortion in 2016.
