TownHall Owner Faces Nine Felony Charges

Bobby George, a prominent Ohio restaurateur owning several bars and eateries including TownHall and REBoL, is facing nine felony charges, including rape, attempted murder, and kidnapping, according to Cleveland Municipal Court records. The charges stem from multiple alleged incidents between November 2023 and July 2024 involving a victim who reported severe physical and sexual abuse. Specific allegations include strangulation, assault with a gun, and attempted murder by shoving a towel down the victim's throat. The victim also reported being diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome after one of these incidents. An arrest warrant has been issued, but George is not currently in custody.
