Laugher and Harding Secure Bronze in Diving

Jack Laugher and Anthony Harding secured a bronze medal in the men's 3m springboard synchronised dive at the Paris Olympics, marking Team GB's best ever performance in diving with a total of four medals so far. The pair achieved a final score of 438.15, finishing behind Mexico's Juan Celaya and Osmar Olvera who took silver, and China's Zongyuan Wang and Daoyi Long who won gold, continuing China's dominance in the sport. Laugher, already a decorated Olympian with gold, silver, and bronze medals from previous Games, credited the strategic decision to perform their most difficult dive earlier in the sequence for their success. With individual events still to come, Team GB hopes to continue their impressive medal streak. Laugher and Harding's achievement adds to their European, Commonwealth, and world medal collection since they began working together in late 2021.
