Despite their estranged relationship, with no public appearances together since April 2013, Tom Cruise has consistently fulfilled his financial obligations, including paying for all of Suri's educational, medical, dental, insurance, and extracurricular expenses. Now 18, Suri no longer receives the $38,000 annual child support from Tom and has changed her last name from Cruise to Noelle, adopting her mother Katie Holmes' middle name.
