This incident is the latest in Madsen's legal troubles, which include a 2019 drunk driving charge and a 2022 trespassing arrest. The couple, who married in 1996, have faced personal tragedy with the suicide of their son Hudson in 2022. The case is still under investigation and will be forwarded to the Van Nuys Superior Court for filing.
