Michael Madsen Arrested for Spousal Battery

Actor Michael Madsen, known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino films, was arrested in Malibu for misdemeanor spousal battery following a domestic incident with his wife, DeAnna Madsen. Authorities responded to a call reporting that Madsen had pushed his wife and locked her out of their home. Madsen was booked under Penal Code 243(e)(1) and later released on a $20,000 bond. This incident is the latest in Madsen's legal troubles, which include a 2019 drunk driving charge and a 2022 trespassing arrest. The couple, who married in 1996, have faced personal tragedy with the suicide of their son Hudson in 2022. The case is still under investigation and will be forwarded to the Van Nuys Superior Court for filing.
