Dwayne Haskins Family Sues Widow Over Estate

The family of late NFL quarterback Dwayne Haskins Jr. has filed a federal lawsuit against his widow, Kalabrya Haskins, alleging harassment and misuse of his name and image on social media. The lawsuit claims that Kalabrya has obstructed their attempts to establish the Haskins Family Foundation and has caused the disabling of their social media accounts. They assert that she promised to share a portion of his ashes but has not done so, leading to emotional distress. Additionally, the family alleges that Kalabrya attempted to take a personalized painting of Dwayne Jr. during a memorial service. Dwayne Haskins Jr. died in April 2022 after being struck by a dump truck while walking on a highway. The family’s claims come amid ongoing disputes regarding Haskins' estate, which is being administered by his widow.
