Odisha Government Reshuffles Senior IAS Officers

The Odisha government has implemented a significant reshuffle among senior IAS officers, affecting at least 18 officials, as announced by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department. Satyabrata Sahu has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary for the Home Department while retaining his role in the Forest, Environment, and Climate Change Department. Deoranjan Kumar Singh will take over as Additional Chief Secretary for Revenue & Disaster Management, succeeding Sahu in his previous roles as Special Relief Commissioner and Managing Director of the Odisha State Disaster Management Authority. Surendra Kumar has been appointed Additional Chief Secretary for Steel & Mines, continuing his additional responsibilities in tourism and parliamentary affairs.
