Leeds United Plans £7M Bid for Jonathan Rowe
Leeds United is targeting Norwich City winger Jonathan Rowe as a replacement for Crysencio Summerville, who recently joined West Ham United for over £25 million. Following Summerville's departure and a series of other player sales, Leeds is expected to make a £7 million bid for Rowe, although Norwich's valuation is significantly higher. Rowe, a 21-year-old England U21 international, enjoyed a strong season with 12 goals and 2 assists, making him an attractive prospect for Leeds head coach Daniel Farke. Norwich has already sold Gabriel Sara to Galatasaray and may also lose other key players, including Adam Idah, as they navigate their financial situation. Preliminary talks have taken place between the clubs, but it remains to be seen if Leeds can strike a deal in the ongoing transfer window. Leeds aims to enhance their attacking options ahead of their Championship campaign opener against Portsmouth.
