Speaking on the Always Be Comedy podcast, Thomas said the cast, including James Buckley (Jay), Simon Bird (Will), and Blake Harrison (Neil), are still close and would like to revisit their roles, although they worry about matching the original's success. Ideas for the potential movie include a stag do in Las Vegas or the characters meeting for five-a-side football. Despite enthusiasm from most of the cast, Buckley has expressed reluctance, fearing a revival would be 'sad and creepy.' The original series aired from 2008 to 2010, followed by successful films in 2011 and 2014.
