NBC Orders Pilot for Suits Spinoff, Suits: L.A.

NBC Universal has ordered a pilot for Suits: L.A., a spinoff of the popular series, Suits. The show will focus on the life of Ted Black, a former federal prosecutor in New York who now works in LA, where he faces a professional crisis and the exploration of his past, including the reasons for leaving his loved ones. Filming is due to start in March, but no casting details have been announced yet. The show will not include any original cast members, but will be produced and written by original creator, Aaron Korsh. The pilot could potentially lead to a series order for the 2024-25 season.
