Benn Triumphs over Dobson in Las Vegas Fight

Conor Benn retained his unbeaten record after defeating Peter Dobson in a convincing points victory in their welterweight fight in Las Vegas. Benn had been due to fight Chris Eubank Jr. but the fight was cancelled due to Benn's positive drug tests for clomifene. The bout with Dobson was Benn's second fight since his return from the ban. All three judges scored the fight 119-109 in Benn's favour, although he expressed disappointment for not achieving a knockout. Dobson was also undefeated going into the fight.
