Authorities are seeking public assistance to locate four missing brothers, aged 2 to 5, who were last seen on July 1 in Palmdale, California. The boys—Kase, Kai, Kay'den, and Koen Brown—are suspected to have been taken to Mojave. Kase, who has Down syndrome, and his siblings were last seen wearing minimal clothing like diapers and underwear. The case is currently treated as a custody issue, with the boys believed to be taken by a relative, though it has not been classified as a kidnapping.
