New train timings in Chennai

Several train services across India are facing changes and disruptions in August due to various infrastructure works and safety upgrades. The Southern Railway has announced multiple adjustments to express train services from Chennai, including rerouted and rescheduled trains due to remodeling works at Tambaram. In Visakhapatnam, trains are being rescheduled or short-terminated on specific dates due to modernization works on the Pundi–Naupada section. The Central Railway is also diverting several trains in the Pune Division for non-interlocking work at Daund goods yard, skipping numerous stops. In Scotland, ScotRail has issued a warning about further service disruptions amidst an ongoing pay dispute with train drivers, impacting travel plans for passengers. Lastly, changes to train timings have been implemented for services from Udaipur due to ongoing technical work affecting routes to Neemuch and Sardargram.
