Woman Charged with Murdering Boyfriend's Daughter

Tyshael Elise Martin, a 34-year-old Florida woman, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and child neglect following the death of her boyfriend's 9-year-old daughter, Jamaria Sessions. Surveillance footage revealed Martin directing a 103-pound Rottweiler to attack Jamaria, followed by Martin kicking, beating, and dragging the child while allegedly stating, 'I'm fixin' to kill her.' Emergency personnel found Jamaria unresponsive with multiple abrasions, bruises, burns, and bite marks. The medical examiner confirmed that Jamaria died from complications due to multiple blunt injuries. Martin was the primary caretaker and subjected the child to severe punishments, including physical abuse and forced exercise. Jamaria's father, Lojuan Sessions, has also been charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child.
