KSTDC Expands Fleet with Three Volvo Buses

Various state transport corporations in India are enhancing their services by adding new buses to their fleets. The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) introduced bus services between Alappuzha and Ernakulam to alleviate travel problems caused by road widening. In Tompkins County, TCAT won a $1.2 million grant to add two electric-diesel hybrid buses, aiming to reduce carbon emissions and improve service reliability. Additionally, the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) expanded its fleet with three new Volvo buses to cater to tourist demands, emphasizing upgraded services and enhanced travel experiences.
