Anaesthetist Edward Finn Jailed for Sexual Offences

Dr. Edward Finn, an anaesthetist, has been sentenced to 8 years in prison with an extended 4-year licence for sexual assault, making indecent images of children, voyeurism, and other related offenses. Finn's crimes, which included over 4,000 indecent images of children and voyeuristic images, were committed between 2015 and 2023 at hospitals in Nottinghamshire and Derby. The judge highlighted the severe breach of trust in Finn's actions, impacting victims and society's trust in the medical profession.
