U.S. Communities Celebrate Independence Day

Across the United States, communities celebrated Independence Day with parades, fireworks, and various festivities. Marshfield, Missouri, held its 145th parade, featuring floats, bands, and politicians, while Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, attracted over 60,000 attendees to its 61st annual parade, a significant local tradition. In Texas, both Tyler and North Texas communities celebrated with various events, and in Houston, final preparations were underway for the 'Freedom Over Texas' celebration. Summerlin, Nevada, marked the 30th anniversary of its parade by featuring nostalgic floats, and Key Biscayne, Florida, hosted its 65th annual parade, highlighting the importance of American heritage. Various other cities, including Isle of Palms and Folly Beach, organized fireworks displays to mark the holiday.
