U2 Immersive Concert Film Premieres at Sphere

U2 has announced the release of 'V-U2: An Immersive Concert Film,' an exclusive 72-minute film showcasing their Las Vegas residency at the Sphere. Directed by The Edge and Morleigh Steinberg, the film uses the revolutionary Big Sky camera system and Sphere's immersive technologies, including a 160,000 sq. ft. 16K resolution screen, immersive sound, and haptic seats. The concert film will premiere on September 5, 2024, with tickets starting at $100. A special sneak preview is scheduled for September 3, and presale tickets will be available to U2.com subscribers on August 22. The film aims to recreate the live concert experience, making audiences feel as if they are attending the shows.
