A tragic accident in Chembur, Mumbai, resulted in the deaths of three men and injuries to three others when their car collided with a stationary tanker truck. The deceased have been identified as Harichandan Dilip Das (23), Pramod Shankar Prasad (35), and Hussain Shaikh (40), all of whom were friends and residents of Laxmi Nagar. The driver, Javed Khan (30), lost control of the car, which reportedly overturned before hitting the tanker; police suspect that overspeeding may have contributed to the incident. Blood samples from the driver have been collected to check for potential alcohol influence at the time of the crash. Authorities are in the process of filing a formal complaint against Khan for rash and negligent driving. The injured individuals are currently being treated at local hospitals.
