Additionally, a builder in Nagpur was duped of Rs 74 lakh by a trickster promising access to CSR funds. In Suffolk, Jack Doran was sentenced for scamming clients out of nearly £10,000 for work he never completed, receiving a suspended jail sentence and community service. These incidents underscore ongoing issues with builder fraud both in India and the UK.
