Bournemouth Signs Defender Dean Huijsen from Juventus

Bournemouth have signed 19-year-old defender Dean Huijsen from Juventus on a six-year deal worth an initial £12.8 million, potentially rising to £15.3 million with add-ons. Huijsen, who has dual Dutch and Spanish citizenship, made 13 appearances on loan for Roma last season and has also played for Juventus' U-19 and senior teams. He excels as a ball-playing center-back, fitting well into manager Andoni Iraola’s style of building play from the back.
