Tarik Cohen retires

Tarik Cohen, the former Chicago Bears running back and return specialist, has announced his retirement from football, effectively ending his comeback attempt with the New York Jets. Despite expressing optimism about his health and readiness to play, Cohen's decision came just days after he had previously stated he was looking forward to returning to the field. A standout at North Carolina A&T, Cohen had a promising NFL career but was plagued by injuries, including a torn ACL and Achilles tendon, which sidelined him since the 2020 season.
