Teak Brockbank, a 45-year-old man from Cortez, Colorado, has been arrested and federally charged for making detailed death threats against election officials and law enforcement personnel in Colorado and Arizona. Brockbank faces charges of transmitting interstate threats, which carry a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
