Multiple Fair and Park Incidents Cause Injuries

Several incidents at public events have resulted in multiple injuries. In Dayton, an ATV crash left two people injured, one critically, after the vehicle ran a stop sign. At the Delaware County Fair, a demolition derby volunteer was severely injured by a fallen barrier, leading to an emergency amputation. The Huron County Fair saw a Rough Truck contest accident where a mechanical malfunction caused severe injuries to at least two people. Lastly, multiple riders were injured on an amusement park ride in Erie, Pennsylvania, though none of the injuries were life-threatening. Investigations are ongoing in all incidents to determine the causes and prevent future occurrences.
