GIFT City and NFSU

Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Forensic Sciences University (NFSU) to enhance skills in international arbitration, fraud investigation, data security, cyber security, and anti-money laundering. The collaboration aims to establish a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Corporate Forensics, which will focus on areas like cyber forensics and fintech, thereby strengthening expertise within GIFT City. Tapan Ray, Managing Director of GIFT City, emphasized that this partnership will promote a progressive environment for finance and technology, ensuring access to top-tier talent. The MoU will also facilitate tailored training programs, faculty exchanges, and various educational initiatives to foster joint research and development. NFSU's Campus Director, Prof. SO Junare, highlighted the significance of the CoE in driving innovation and excellence in these critical fields. This strategic alliance marks a significant step towards advancing financial and cyber security education in the region.
