Quinntel Bagley, a fugitive wanted for kidnapping and burglary, was arrested in Lima, Ohio, after escaping from custody two months ago. Bagley had previously broken into a home and stolen a vehicle after escaping from a hospital where he was treated for self-inflicted injuries. Endi Bala, a 23-year-old man from Shelby Township, was arraigned on multiple charges related to two attempted kidnappings in Macomb County. Bala first attempted to abduct a 15-year-old girl in Clinton Township, but a bystander intervened. Shortly after, he tried to kidnap a 7-year-old girl in Sterling Heights, where another bystander and a citizen patrol member thwarted the attempt. Bala has been denied bond in Sterling Heights and given a $2 million bond in Clinton Township.
