Nightwish has unveiled the official music video for their new single, 'The Day Of...', which is the second release from their upcoming album 'Yesterwynde', set to be released on September 20, 2024. Tuomas Holopainen describes the song as a message of hope amidst daily fears, emphasizing that it takes listeners on a journey to a dreamworld without monsters. The album, which took three and a half years to create, will be available in several exclusive formats, including a 4 LP Boxset and various limited editions. The band is known for their theatrical and rich sonic textures, combining heavy music with vital vocals, including contributions from a children's choir. Nightwish's previous album, 'Human. :II: Nature.', released in 2020, was well-received, adding to their successful discography of over ten million records sold.
