'Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes'

The highly anticipated film, 'Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes,' is set to begin streaming on Hulu on August 2, 2024, coinciding with its release on Disney+ in several countries. Directed by Wes Ball, the movie has already garnered over $396 million at the global box office and is Certified-Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. Set generations after Caesar's reign, the narrative follows a young ape questioning his past amidst a new tyrannical regime that threatens the balance between apes and humans. The film features a cast including Owen Teague and Freya Allan, with a screenplay crafted by notable writers such as Josh Friedman and the original creators, Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver. In addition to the new film, all nine previous entries in the 'Planet of the Apes' franchise will be available for streaming on Hulu. The film's home media release is scheduled for August 27, 2024.
