The sale, finalized on July 22, involved a stamp duty of Rs 1.05 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. Madhavan continues to be active in the film industry, with upcoming projects including 'Test' by S Sashikanth, and multiple biopics. His recent directorial debut, 'Rocketry: The Nambi Effect,' and his role in 'Shaitaan' have also garnered significant attention.
