Pascal Gross Joins Dortmund for Up to €10 Million
Pascal Gross has moved from Brighton & Hove Albion to Borussia Dortmund, marking the end of his seven-year tenure with the Premier League club. Gross, who joined Brighton in 2017 from FC Ingolstadt for £3 million, was hailed as the club's greatest-ever Premier League signing by chairman Tony Bloom. During his time at Brighton, Gross made 261 appearances, scored 32 goals, and provided 52 assists, helping the team establish itself in the Premier League and qualify for European competition. Dortmund paid up to €10 million for the 33-year-old midfielder, who signed a two-year contract with his boyhood club. Gross, who has been a lifelong Dortmund fan, expressed his excitement about joining the club and contributing to their future successes. Dortmund's management praised him for his versatility, experience, and leadership qualities.
