Series of Sexual Assault Cases in India

A series of disturbing sexual assault cases have emerged in India, involving victims of various ages. In Kotputli-Behror, a 14-year-old girl was abducted and gang-raped, while a 26-year-old worker in Sinnar was arrested for sexually assaulting a 4-year-old girl. In Ambedkar Nagar, a 21-year-old gang-rape survivor took her own life after police allegedly refused to register her complaint, leading to the suspension of the involved sub-inspector. Additionally, two men were arrested in central Delhi for the gang-rape of a woman in Buddha Garden Park. The suspects were known to the victim, and an FIR has been registered as investigations continue.
