Fashion Nova Acquires Beverly Hills Headquarters

Fashion Nova has acquired a new 175,000-square-foot headquarters in Beverly Hills for $118 million, purchased by CEO Richard Saghian from Tishman Speyer. The state-of-the-art facility at 407 North Maple Drive will house over 500 employees and features innovative spaces including the 'Nova Social Club', an exclusive area for creators and influencers, and 'Nova Founders Lab', an incubator for emerging brands. The building, designed for modern collaboration, includes ergonomic offices, an atrium sky bridge, outdoor terraces, and extensive underground parking. Saghian expressed excitement about the purchase, emphasizing its role in the brand's growth and commitment to the fashion industry. This acquisition marks Saghian's third significant real estate investment in the Los Angeles area within two years, following the purchase of a Malibu beach house and the largest home in the U.S. The new headquarters aims to enhance Fashion Nova's ability to innovate and disrupt the fashion market.
