TI and Tiny Harris

A lawsuit accusing T.I. and his wife Tiny Harris of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2005 has been dismissed by a California federal judge. Judge Sherilyn Peace Garnett ruled that the claims were time-barred due to the statute of limitations, which had expired over 16 years ago. The couple's representatives asserted that the allegations were false and an attempt to extort money from them. Although the case was dismissed without prejudice, allowing the plaintiff to amend and refile, T.I. and Tiny have consistently denied the allegations. The lawsuit had been a source of legal trouble for the couple since its initiation in 2021. T.I. has faced other legal issues recently, including a mistaken arrest at an Atlanta airport.
