House Approves 'No Immigration Benefits for Hamas Terrorists Act'

The House of Representatives passed the 'No Immigration Benefits for Hamas Terrorists Act', barring Hamas members and those involved in the October 7th attack on Israel from entering the US, with a 422-2 vote. Representatives Cori Bush (D-MO) and Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) voted against it, while Rep. Delia Ramirez (D-IL) voted present. The bill also restricts any members of Palestinian Islamic Jihad and any other individuals involved in planning, funding, or supporting the attack, regardless of any formal affiliation.
