This measure aims to alleviate heavy traffic caused by merging vehicles from various directions, particularly during office commute times, although bus operators argue that their vehicles help reduce overall traffic volume. The restrictions will be enforced starting August 10, with violators facing fines and buses halted before the expressway until after peak hours.
